    Hi Anky,

Payback eh! Everything comes with a price but the trick is to gage before hand what the pay back will be and if what ever it is your would like to/ or have to do is worth paying the price for.... i kinda think it always is really and thats possible why i got a bit clobbered bone wise

There is a balance though and sometimes just find the level that brings payback thats not so hard to live with helps.... or so I get told but I am not good at doing that bit.

Glad you got out and well done for the dances. Hope you soon feel a lot better. Cris x

Shouldn't have to pay the price

But you are so have a restful day today.....steady as you go and hopefully you will recover a bit.

BUT.....was it worth it??? l hope so

    love

    Toni xx

    Cris,
I know about balancing things but I am just not good at it cos don't want to have to do it, how childish is that? I do try and balance what I do and don't do certain things at all anymore but try to do as much as I can especially if the kids are involved. Thanks for your advice though. Xx

    Toni,

Was very lazy yesterday and plan to be today, still paying for it though. It was worth it though cos had great night. Xx

Hi, Well, at least you've got the memories of a lovely evening to remember, I'm glad you enjoyed it.

It does seem hard that we do have to pay for our enjoyment like this, I know last year after a fantastic time at my god daughters wedding, it wiped me out for several days, but I wouldn't have missed it for the world!

Now you must try and take as much rest as you can and hopefully it won't be too long before you start to feel a lot better.
    Love Suexxx

Thanks sue, I hope so I seem to be getting worse at minute so must have danced way too much. It was good night though so that was good. X

I get a lot of pain from doing not a lot...
so when i do do something i have looked forward to or really enjoyed i dont care about the pain.. cos the good time outweighs the pains etc and leaves me with a happy memory... i dont mind the hurt if i have had the fun.... within reason of course, xx

hope your pain soon eases, smile cos of the happy time you had xx
    love and hugs

I'm glad you had a good time.....
I always say pace yourself but am told that I'm not very good at doing that myself
Chris is right.....decide is it worth it or not?.....My example is ....if I go out and enjoy myself....it is worth it.....just recover over the next few days.....If I have a good day, feel better than normal and think Oh I can do some extra housework....and suffer....THAT IS NOT WORTH IT :lol::lol::lol:

    Love

I always measure whether the level of fun is worth the payback pain

    OF COURSE IT IS :grin::grin:

Out tomorrow night in Islington as my sons band have their first headline gig, 3 hours of screaming rock music. I know I am gonna be in agony on Wednesday.

Been to my GP today and she has told me that I must go tonight...So I am under doctors orders (She did also tell me to finish my book and then lend it to her) and then gave me more drugs.

So I went and had a haircut, (nice) hobbled home as quick as I could to hit the bottle, (Nice and Easy) as the badger look does not suit me

Well I have put all this effort in now, so I HAVE to go.

I will be back as soon as the payback pain has gone

Sounds like you have it all sorted Geri, have great time hope they play some 'tunes' you know so you can bop away!

I also have to have regular moments with the bottle as I prefer not to have the silver look (unless it's on Richard Gere)!

Details of how you enjoyed after please. Xx
