    Hi Jenzie

My top tip - don't leave it until it starts to cut of the circulation! I had to have my rings cut off last year when my fingers swelled - went to a local jeweller who cut them for me - no charge on the basis that I bring them to him to be repaired when the time comes. I cried (alot) at having to have them cut off but it had to be done.

    Good luck!

Run hands under very cold water to help reduce swelling, cover finger in washing up liquid and use your nails to grip ring and wiggle off :)

Melry, that's what works for me. Cold water, washing up liquid.

I would have suggested the same.

I also had to have all my rings cut off several years ago . I went to A & E as they are used to doing that and have special tools for the job . Cried like a baby ! Jillyb

Fairy liquid usually does the trick for me.

    Good luck.
