Mine are horrendous even on short flights...I have to wear shoes that I can loosen...but they take a few days to go down....keep them elevated...very important..
apart from that I hope you are having a good holiday..

Not so much after as during. I always take a pair of velchro-strap sandals now which I change into in the depature lounge (as I can hardly walk in them). They can be loosened as the flight goes on....and on....and on, but usually my feet are back to normal next day.If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
