Rain, lovely rain, it is a little cooler and no need to water the tubs and garden.

Hi Mig
To be honest the really hot humid weather has made my back and hips a lot worse, so I am hoping this cooler weather sees an improvement.. hope you feel better very soon.Love

The weather affects nothing bone-wise with me but mood wise? I hate low pressure weather and I find coping with everything harder as I lose my Tiggerishness and become an Eyeore. I am Eyeore-ish today due to the rain and damp - my breathing isn't too happy, I am not that happy, but nothing is hurting any more or less. Weird, isn't it? We are all so, so different. Morning mig
I do like warm weather but that was a little too warm and muggy for me.
I am glad that today we have had rain and the temp is more bearable.
Hope your aches and pains cease soon.

I like WARM weather....not too hot.....damp and cold make my pains worse usually.
But after a few days of awful humidity and a thumping headache and feeling a bit sick I'm grateful for the rain.....pains no worse at the minute.
So humidity doesnt affect my OAbut does affect other things....like headaches, nausea, and really blocked up....not able to breath.
We are never happy with the weather...are we ?????

Hi, Yesterday I had a lot of aches and pains and the weather was very hot and humid. I put my aches down to a long care journey, even with stops, but at about 6pm ish we had a really load thunder storm, which has cleared the air. I still have a few aches, but its so much easier to cope with on a much less humid day.
I think that maybe its a mixture of heat effects and mood that make me feel bad on a day like yesterday. Also, I suffer from migraines and humid weather is the type that brings it on, although I didn't have one yesterday!

Humidity is the next worse thing to cold and damp as far as my joints are concerned I’ve been in agony for days and even though it’s raining here right now it’s still quite humid.
The changes in weather can affect your body physically and mentally.
There have been medical studies that show that the changes in barometric pressure can be felt more acutely in swollen RA joints - hence pain
Warm dry weather is generally beneficial.....now where did I put my passport?
