Reeeeeesuuuuult! Good for you, Mig, it's always pleasing when one masters a nasty stain.
Right you wise lot: tonight's challenge is how to shift rum. Bio detergent nearly worked, Mr DD was wearing his favourite white Tshirt last Saturday, I left him comatose on the sofa, holding a glass of rum and needless to say it all went bosoms up. I think I might just go to M&S and buy him another Tshirt. He won't notice, but he will notice the slight stain on the old one. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. If it's a white T shirt, try soaking it in water with some bleach in it for a while. That often works well, DD, as mig discovered.0

thinking you meant athritis I was stood at the bath side with the bleach ready to jump in )
I am pleased it worked....will keep that in mind.
DD I have used Va**sh before and found that quite good.

Tried Vanish and it hasn't, so yes, I think it calls for well-diluted bleach. Fingers crossed! DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0
