when got gas bill was 29.00 in credit have just looked at electric on line and can not make up my mind it am in credit on that as well if so it by much much more i pay quartaly so do not know how this has happened strange ???? val

    Val take a reading from your meter and ring your supplier in the morning. ask them to work out your bill and if you are in a lot of credit then get them to reduce your payments.

    they will check they have the right readings, you might find they have been estermating your bills untill now and thats why your in credit.

    when get paper bill will check even when they estimate it i check it not to far off as do not want bills to get to big so can not understand how it could be so different think reader has got it wrong he came when son was here and he did not shift junk so bloke could get at meter they read them both at same time but have come over a week apart val

    id still ring them with your own reading val just incase its wrong. better to be sure

    Summer bills are always a lot less, they shoot up for Winter. Enjoy it while you can Val.

    Val,try not to worry too much. The energy company will check as any hint you are in debit and theyll read your meter, and vice versa.

    I read my meters last month and I was in credit on both, so the following week, my meters were read by a bloke. I think that the energy company were checking to see if My readings were right, and that I wasnt diddling them. Huh!

    I'm sure it's ok Val, but if it's worrying you l woudl get them checked if l were you.

    I dont understand any of it to be honest. Things have got very confusing.

    got bill they owed me £480 looked at reading he had put in 22620 mine 28884 way off so have phoned them and sending new bill would not have bothered but do not want the extra increase on it tut tut
