Methotrexate - Hot flushes feel like I am in Barbados!

Well as some of you know I am back on Methotrexate as well as Enbrel to see if both can control pain a bit better. As always was and am worried about the side effects like anyone would be but there is an upside:

I am having that many hot flushes it feels like I am in Barbados so have decided when this happens to close my eyes (unless I am driving) and imagine I am on a sunlounger with my music playing and a cocktail at the side of me!!!!!

What do you think will it work, ha ha.

And if the passports don't come in time it may be as close as going overseas as I can get. xxxx xxx

Good plan!!

I must try that visualisation technique.. But mine would be lying by the pool of a 5 star hotel in Italy, looking out over the Bay of Naples, and sipping a large gin and bitter lemon.. (oh blow it, it is Friday night, so i think I will chance just a small gin and bitter lemon .. and close my eyes!)

What a great idea, don't have a cocktail but I think a Malibu and coke would go down well now off to get one. X

Been on those in the past if you want my advice for what it worth i would get a sand pit and palm tree for the back garden
