well was sat here thinking i feel a bit down :???: . but when i thought about it i am in pain :shock: fee,t knees, hips, hands, neck and head why did i not notice?????? strange :roll: :roll: right off to take pain meds and move about see if it helps :smile: val

    Get those meds down your Gregory (Gregory Peck = neck) and I hope they, and the moving about, help. Sleep well. DD

    Moving about when i have pain helps me since i have been having achey knees.Hope you have a good night.Mig

    Moving/changing position helps with my pain.... Other people just think I'm figity! Lol. Get the meds down your throat and hope you feel a bit brighter soon x

    Well....how do you feel this morning?....hope you feel a bit better.
    Hope the moving helped {it does with me} but not too much.....have to hit a happy medium and not sit too long or move too much :lol:

    hi gang was still in pain this morning and had not slept well so napped before work much better now but will not be on long do not want to set it off again thankyou for your messages hope everyone having a lovely evening lovely and sunny here val
