    Morning Mig

Sorry you had such a bad night and that you were worried about your daughter. Cuppa sounds like a great idea. I'm just about to do the same.

    Thinking of you.

I wake up with all kindsa things aching that don't usually, simply because my body doesn't relax due to the pain in the lower half. I sleep on my side, I wake up in the night and find I am looking at the ceiling as my head is stretched back like a moon-staring hare, and my jaw is clenched, all due to pain. If I take a trammy the same thing happens but I have the weird dreams thrown in for good measure too (it's just dawned on me that those have only started since I started the Citalopram so that answers that). Factor in with you the concern over your daughter and hey presto! A lousy night.

When we were away I had some of the best nights' sleep I have had for years, simply because we were living on one level and there was not the stress of every-day living. Now I am back at home it's back to its usual level of crud. Hey-ho. A tip from an old hand at this: if you need to nap in the day DO. It dunnarf help. DD

I am glad its not just me who cant sleep until my son is safely in the house. He is 18 and I worry non stop when he is out at night. I pretend that it doesnt bother me but I sit and think he is either been randomly involved in a fight/knocked down by car/got drunk and cannot remember where he lives etc etc. Will this feeling ever go away or will I spend the rest of my life in a panic. What happens when he moves out of my house and I dont really know what he is up to most of the time?? He gets fed up as I text him constantly asking if he is ok. I think I may be paranoid or am I just being a normal Mum??

They are always our kids aren't they....no matter what age they are.
Not Paul as much....hes 31 and has been married since he was 21 and has a little girl but Sarah...although she is 30 and hasnt lived at home since she was 18 {still single} shares a house with friends from church.....I still worry about her......if she even hints she isnt well, i worry.....
At one time when she was about 22 she came back home to live for a while.....it was dreadful for both of us  She had been used to going out with friends and if they were nearer the friends house she would stop over or if they were nearer to her house they would come back to her. I wasnt used to that so when she didnt come home until late one night I was really worried
Its just normal.......My mam still thinks of me as her little girl :lol::lol:

Its good to know I am being normal. Never really thought about my Mum, she must still worry about me and my brother and sisters. No wonder she looks exhausted lol xx
