I have just read one of our lovely Joan's posts on another thread where she states that she walked along their passage, without holding on to anything, her foot is still in plaster and she was wearing the shoe. (I don't know how you do the quotey stuff. )

Joan, I am so excited and pleased to hear this, my word you are coming along in leaps and bounds (ooops! you know what I mean!) and I am so pleased for you. This is terrific news and well done, you go girl! DD

Joan is a real inspiration to us all , I am always amazed at what she has gone through in her life, and doesn't think she is anything special, and she is always here to support to support everyone.
You really are doing well Joan, you keep up the good work.
    Love

I guess that yes, we are all in very similar boats but that shouldn't stop us congratulating each other when summat good is spotted - and luckily it doesn't. I think you are doing remarkably well, but don't get too carried away and start doing half-marathons!

You are not wrong. This is a lovely place. It's nice to see though, people who are such an inspiration to others. Something to be happy about when you might be having a rough day.

I'm very pleased for you, Joan. You really deserve this foot to work well and you're working very hard at it. Well done!

    Hi Joan,
Great news that things are starting to improve at last. Big achievement doing the vacuuming, it makes all the difference doesn’t it. Not long now until the pesky plaster comes off.
