Indent appeared(like dimple)where pain is in hip???

Might sound bizzare, it does to me lol..
I was rubbing my hip area yesterday (where i was getting pain)while i was getting changed and i noticed that the area has become indented quite badly, as if my skin has been sucked in lol.. i showed my OH and he agreed, it looks quite weird..
I am going to book GP appointment,but was just wondering if anyone was familar with this???

Looked on the internet and it mentioned muscle dystrophy, but i do not like too take too much in what you read on the net, can do you more harm than good lol..

Thats very true.....I try not to look at the internet for health things although sometimes I'm nosey but it can scare you and it may be nothing to do with our aches/pains etc

Thought i'd mention that the indent is where my hip clicks as i walk, which made me think is this related to arthur in hips???
