Wow! Respect to the tillster. Je suis impressed!
Morning juliepf, they do snooze thro all kinds stuff don't they? And why is it that when a bloke falls asleep he immediately looks like an angelic six year old boy? When I eventually fall into a light doze I look like what I am, a tired and diseased-ridden old hag who then snores like a wildebeest in delight at the sight of a water hole. DD..
I do admire you will and determination luvie.. You deffinately are a tough cookie...
Might be worth mentioning amitriptyline if you don't get much sleep over the next few nights,, lack of sleep can make you alot worse too...
Nothing worse than looking up at the ceiling staring into space waiting for something to jump out of you to break the silence..Might need to decorate the ceiling with something to keep you amused at night lol..xx bless ya..
Thinking of you.. (((((X)))))xxTracyxx0 -
It is beautifully decorated with spider webs , I amuse myself by seeing if I can blow hard enough to make 'em move! I am pretty good at keeping myself occupied (alphabet lists are fun for me, last night it was flowers of two syllables, aster, bluebell, crocus, daisy etc) plus a few variations, I do the breathing and relaxation techniques, distraction and visualisation etc, so I keep meself amused - it's just this ligament and the OA which is giving the extra challenge, is all. IWP, ATD. (It will pass, all things do). I hope you are feeling in less discomfort today, Tracey, keep up the resting and the dullers. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. DD – you’re doing good, girl. Like the attitude but, hey, how do you know what you look like/sound like when asleep? Please don’t tell me you’re taking Mr DD’s word for it? Husband’s are a biased breed.

Ye Gods woman. You had nothing else to do today? stickystockyticky, that has made my day (along with some other good stuff wot has happened). Thank you. I hope to stop laughing before my next lesson (somehow I doubt it, young Cameron has a good sense of humour, he might like this!) DD

Photoshop & digital unenhancing. Refuse to believe it.
My own dearly beloved has just bought me a present of a bottle of beer. It rejoices in the name of 'Bitter & Twisted'. He said he'd no idea why it made him think of me.
Actually, my bottom's only just hit a seat today. Much toing & froing.
Tillytop - I love yours. Shall we all compose The Arthritic's Songbook? If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
