    Dear Gray

l would feel pretty nervous too.

Just get there and put yourself in their hands.....they know what they are doing. Your job is the other end doing all your exercises once you have recovered a bit.

We will be with you and thinking of you

    Love and hugs

I just had to wish you well on your forthcoming TKR. I have had both knees "done" a year apart. I am so pleased that I did too  I too was nervous, both times, it is the unknown so quite understandable. Do as you are told and you will be fine and we look forward to hearing from you when you are able. There are many of us that have been through the TKR op so do please ask anything, however silly you may think it is, and we shall do our best to help and support you should you need us.

The happiest people don't have the best of everything. They just make the best of everything.

If you can lay down at night knowing in your heart that you made someone's day just a little bit better, you know you had a good day.

I'm sure it'll all go very well indeed, Gray. Mine did.

Just relax and let the surgeons get on with it. Afterwards is when the hard work comes in but it's so worth it as you discover new movement and new horizons opening up.

Yes, please do keep us informed as and when you can.
