Hi All,

I am late with this one I am afraid.....

Some of you haven't meet our Wonky cus she hasn't been too well but she ha to have the infusions and well they make her feel ill or at best not too good and it kinda gets you down after a while.

She is in for her infusion in the morning and needs a bit of pocketing to help her get through it.

I have lent her my jacket and that’s got a huge array of pockets bless her. Cris x

Hi Wonky,

I know you can see but not answer n your phone and well I shall be with you with employers of the senior nature and less.... a few lodgers as well of course.

I so so hope this one will be different my friend and leaving a tanker I just nicked from your yard full to the brim with better day drafts and you can do it darts.

Leaving tea, love, fortitude and stamina (((((((((( )))))))))) Cris xxx

I'm in your pocket too..... the dry one.

Sending you lots of strengthening vibes, love and ((((hugs))))

I know how difficult these infusions are for you, so I'm hoping too that it gets easier and the staff more supportive.

Sorry about the state of my pockets....

They even worse now with Maddie, Betsy dog, my lot and you all being in them... though brilliantly marshaled by Miss L Legs who is in her pocket duties sort out costume....... Wish her luck with the sheep......

She is all done and waiting to get out but had a near fall on the way in and is feeling a bit rough.

They don't treat her very well and its not fair at all! I know from my infusion how bad it is when your not seen as a human being.....

Thank you all and not much longer now...... Cris xx

    Hi Wonky,

    She's back home

Sh is feeling a bit dizzy and a bit tired and achy so will have a rest for a min. Bless her she hasn't been too good for a while now.

She said to thank all the pocket dwellers as you have all made it so much easier for her.

    So a huge great big

    Hi,

She did rest and slept and then slept some more. these infusions can really take it out of you and knock you sideways at times and Wonky hasn't been too good for while bone wise.

She woke long enough to have her dinner and then went off to bed but did say she will try and get in tomorrow but to thank you all again.

The support threads (as i kinda know  ) make a huge difference and help so much. You are such a good lot and always are there for everyone. Tis good this forum and thank you. Cris xx

Thank you ALL (and expecially Cris for the loan of the jacket  ) for your company yesterday and your good wishes.

I'm sorry that the pockets had so many interesting additions, be they dogs, sheep, biscuit crumbs and hay etc  :lol:

I'm also sorry for those of you who, despite my best efforts to avoid it, got squashed between me and Mr WOnky when I tried to fall backwards up the stairs at the train station!! good job he caught me!!

THe atmosphere in the ward was a lot more friendly yesterday than I've had previously, perhaps mainly because there were two notable staff missing. Whatever the reason, it was fairly relaxed once we'd got over an initial problem or tw0 - like having a chair to sit on.

I have also discovered just how expensive this treatment is    having used one lot of the stuff to wash the floor with (due to a faulty saline bag - nothing done wrong I assure you!) they had to make up another bag, and had to account to Pharmacy for the waste of about £2000 worth of drug

after that all was well, and as Cris said it just tires me out.

I'm going to have to dash now, as I am due my MTX at 12, and have been on a go slow due to the fact that I have bruises as well as the ankles and usual troubles slowing me donw!!

thanks again everyone, it means a great deal, and to Cris and Iris for keeping the teapot doing a round robin yesterday

    hugs (((())))))
