Hello all,
Hope everyone is having a good(ish) day, especially those who've had ops, infusions or appointments who I might have missed. Not had a good few days myself, got a lot of rib pain, does anyone else get this, it's only been in the last couple of months. Not costochondritis, which I get (and have at the moment) but the lower ribs, they feel all stiff and bruised, it's really getting me down as it makes everything so difficult. Painkillers aren't really cutting it but I have a GP appointment this pm so perhaps she will come up with something. Need to feel better by Saturday as going to grandaughters 3rd birthday celebration (family and a few friends) and next Tuesday going to have an endoscopy for stomach problems, not looking forward to that!!! Sometimes these illnesses can be a pain in the bum as well as everywhere else
just as well we can keep a sense of humour about it (well most of the time) keep smiling everyone,

Sue x

I don't have this but how miserable it must be, poor nanasue. Saturday sounds like it will be a good day and a tonic for the spirits so I hope you are able to make it and I wish you the very best of luck for the endoscopy. DD
Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben

    Hi there,

I have AS and osteo (in places). I get pain in the ribcage, more towards the center of my chest though. I often feel it when I take deep breaths. Nothing has ever been done about it apart from the meds I am already on. It is likely fusing trying to take hold.

Hope things feel better for you soon.
