Hi, As suggested by several people 'try Oily Fish' it will help you, the only problem is that it makes me feel extremely sick.#I was speaking to a friend who has fibromyalgia and she gets the same problem. I have even had this reaction to cod liver oil capsules, is there a link to fb as my consultant now believes I have fb as a secondary condition??
Many thanks for all your support, and advice.

Hi Clare
Thank you for your posting.
If you cannot stomach oily fish or cod liver oil tablets you could always try Fish Oil tablets. Otherwise for information on other foods that can replace oily fish see our booklet on Healthy eating and arthritis at http://www.arthritiscare.org.uk/PublicationsandResources/Listedbytype/Booklets and on diet and arthritis at http://www.arthritisresearchuk.org/arthritis_information/arthritis__daily_life/diet,_nutrition_and_arthritis.aspx.
Some people do have a form of arthritis and fibromyalgia, though we are not aware of people who because of their fibromyalgia having alergic reactions to particular foodstuffs.
I hope this helps.
