I need peeps in my pocket please, got DLA appeal at 11.40

Hi everyone,

Please can I have some virtual support today got my DLA appeal in court today at 11.40am, and so nervous... :roll: :sad:

Waited over 12 months for this day to come and bricking it!

Had my ESA appeal in april 11 and won :grin: , just hate having to go through this ordeal! Why should people with Athritis and other disibilitys have to go through these bloody hoops grrr!!

Top it off I'm in more agony with my Osteo Arthritis this morning, the weather so does't help do it!

Sorry don't mean to go on, just nerves!

    Morning Tilly, I so agree with you about having to go through all this worrying nonsense just to "prove" we are ill. Surely a report from a consultant should be proof enough, they're not going to lie are they and it would save a lot of money for them a nd stress for us, which just makes our illness worse. Will definitely be in your pocket and if they're not nice I'll "jump" (ha-ha) out and poke them in the ribs, see if they like that !!!!! Seriously, very good luck for today I'll be keeping everyhting crossed, sending good vibes and (((())))

    I wish you the best of luck.It is a stupid system and must cost more for all these things than it would to give you the pittance in the first place.
    Haven't applied for anything myself so I only know about things I have read.

    Hi thanks for all your kind messages means alot today :smile: !

    Been out all day, what a stressfull event though and at the end of it, they say we have't got a desision now, we have to look at all the reports and evidence that I sent to them and send a letter out in the post, so I don't think I got it at all :cry: !! So got to wait for the post now.

    Have to say the DR was a nightmare, kept going on to sept 10 when I first applied for DLA and was turned down, and my ESA medical report from ATOS, even thought I won my ESA appeal in April. The Judge and Disability indepentant woman on the pannel where lovely though.

    SO we shall wait and see, thank you again for ur well wishes again.
