Morning all,
hope everyone is as well as can be. Just wanted to let you know I had the best day ever yesterday. I went to see my osteopath, who has been away for 13 months on maternity leave (other person I saw twice made no difference to me), it was heaven, she cracked my ribs back into place making it easier to breathe deeply and loosened all my tight muscles, it's the best feeling. I'm hoping this will now help to end my flare up (started end of May) as I think it was partly made worse by the fact I had tight muscles, I certainly feel a lot better today.

Regarding the problems I had last week with endoscopy, I've finally felt able to write a letter to let them know how I feel, when I get a reply I'll post an update.

Sue x
