    Good result, Del.

Sorry about the GP but recently I've had both my rheumatologist and my dentist retire, both of whom have been with me for over 30 years. I have to say the new ones both seem even better. Hope you get the same.

Why 10 days? I haven't a clue. You would think that in this technological day and age it could be sent to him through cyber space there and then, but as hospitals struggle with sending letters (steam age technology) I guess they like to take their time on the more specialised things. In and out in 15 minutes? Ye gods.

Nice one.. Hope the results are ok matey.
    Pity about the Doc.
When we moved I wanted to stay with the same Doc, was willing to travel the eight mile but not allowed.. Registered with the Docs here, bloody useless, made me go through withdrawal Hell with the DF118's, no help or anything, horrible.. Have now changed to another surgery, absolutley spot on... Very happy with the new GP's.
Just wish Janet would change to them as well

Thats great Del.......well done and why it takes 10 days I dont know.
I had a bone scan {dexa} brittle bone.....one done on the 18th of last month and still not got any results. My GP went on holiday onb Friday. I rang her the previous Wed and asked if she would chase it up and she said she would let me know if she heard anything before going away....No luck.
I rang the surgery yesterday and they said it looked as if it had been chased up last Wed but no results yet?????

Why the hell does it take 10 days for the result to get to the GP?[/quote]

Dont think it does Del if there is something wrong. That's been my experience anyway.

Quick work very thorough doctors you have there chuck, hope all goes well. Always hard when someone you trust and been so good leaves, you always compare them with the new one. Maybe you will get a buxom blonde who you will enjoy going to see? Xx
