litozin - any views?

Hi, I have been taking litozin (rose hip gopa??) this week as it was recommended to me for my hip (OA). I bought it from H&B. I've looked online and there seems to be some very positive feedback about pain relief but has anyone here tried it and if so, would they recommend?

    I bought some rose hip from a firm based in Guernsey, after reading about Danish studies about its efficacy for both RA and OA. I conscientiously took it for six months and then decided I wouldn't buy any more - the co-codamols work far better. Some find great benefit, however, and you don't know until you try. If you are going to carry on with it don't buy it from H&B, theirs is comparatively low strength and very expensive compared to the Guernsey-based group.
