Another day another set of pains in the knees and left arm

Well another day has arrived, been on bus to college for an hour and well I'm hurting somewhat in my left knee and left elbow, can't take pain killers though as took my morning dose at 8am when I got up. bah humbug.

Btw where should I go for lunch lol. It's a toss up between mcdonalds and the good food shop lol. Choices choices. I think I must have about 40-30 miles to go now, where's the next sign wi miles on it.......

Oh found one it's 35 miles O_o....

Omg there's a road in Montrose called Newhame Road pmsl...
