Up date on Berty and Ned :-)

Hi All,

Just had a call from Berty's oh and she is fine, she had the op and hopefully she will be home Friday.

They have left Ned in but given her a knee cap resurface and straighted it all as it was out of line. No wonder she has been having trouble :shock:

The good thing is she is awake and though groggy ok. They are going to monitor every 2 hours tonight but think thats fairly normal?

    I am glad it is all over for you and will be home for the weekend. It has been a long haul for you but hopefully things will be so much better for you soon.

    Thank you dear Cris, so relieved for you dear Bertygirl that you have been "done" and although feeling groggy, it will be onwards and upwards all the way now. I have a feeling in my rickety old bones. :smile: I am sure special care will be taken of you whilst in hospital because of past events with your knee surgery. Thank you so much remembering me, I am very touched as you have others things on your mind at this time. Bless you and I look forward to hearing more about your progress on my return to the forum.
