Lovely day ...sun shining....extra play for the kids as they were roasting in the class....put my arm down and....yes OUCH... The bloody thing even flew off once it had done the deed. I remained calm...no swearing ...kids all around me. Bent forward to one of the children and said...do me a favour go into the school and ask for an icepack...which bless them they did. This was over 1 hour ago and it is still hurting...forgot how painful wasp strings are....
ROLL ON WINTER and make it quick so the little bugger dies....a painful and cold death..

    they're nasty at the best of times, even worse toward the back end of the year. I got sting on mi foot a couple of weeks ago..
    Horrible things. No purpose in life. Hate em.

    got stung on foot and walked home on it ended up off work for a week as it was so swollen could not get shoe on lol

    put vinegar on it so it has kind of settled. What with that on one arm and the other one aching from my flue jab i am doing well. Oh well tomorrow is another day and i am taking a fly swot in with me tomorrow....Watch out wasps i am going to be armed... :smile::smile::smile::smile:

    ooooh lupin you poor thing. That happened to oh the otherday while cutting the grass, he bent over to empty the grass box and didn't realize there was a wasp on his tee shirt. Stung him right in his tum.
    It was a bit tender for two days.
    Hope your sting has calmed down, nasty things are wasp and bee stings.

    Their nasty thug creatures,I killed a big nest yesterday at a freinds highly active but got it with me sprayer extension, this time of year the drones are kicked out of the nest so they get everywhere and if they have been eating rotting fruit then their also p***d as well so that doesn't help.

    we had a bbq here last night, there were loads if the buggers in the garden. I've got one of those zapper bats, that electrocute the little shifts. :green
    They don't half go with a snap, crackle and pop.
    BBQ'd wasp anyone?taste like chicken

    Would you believe it the area where i got stung is still bloody itching and i had a rash start on the chest...NO jokes lads...that gone down now (No not my chest the rash). Death to all of them and soon. Fingers crossed for a dam frost...that should finish them off.
