HI GUYS! Thought I would drop in and let you know how I'm getting on after reducing my M.S.T from 160mg to 60mg x2 a day! It was a tuff week when I started doing it. I had to go through 'cold turkey' which is horrible wouldn't wish it on my enemy's! But now things are getting better. I feel human again I can't explain it! I'm listening to music again, started back x-stitching again, and reading my books (which is good because I have a mountain of them!) So I'm 90% there!
