arthritis in 3 year old

hi all havnt been on for a while i was just wondering if any could advise me my daughter has polyarticular jia in most of her joints and today the hospital did an ultrasound on her hips and they said there was quite a lot of fluid there can anyone tell me what that means please thank you x x

    What meds is she on and did they say what they might do? My daughter had MRI of her hips and jaw and they ended up steroid injections into her jaw, wrists, knees and hip 7 in all she had been on MTX for 6 months at that point. Now she's on MTX and on Etanercept she also has polyarticular.
