For legal reasons I shall not mention her name but yesterday a rather odd yank was set free from a certain prison in a certain country...
Now I for one have a feeling in my gut that she's just got away with a brutal murder..
What's your take on it?

Too be honest i am not sure...
Just seems funny she was found guilty and then because lawyers are paid loads of money to find faults in the justice system they said the evidence collected was contaminated..
I feel sorry for the family to have someone sentenced for for there daughter murder only to have them released..
I don't think the truth will ever come out, which is a shame..xxTracyxx0 -
to be honest not sure but they say she would never do such a thing how many murderers are there locked up who people have said that about. i bet no one pays for it just that one who is locked up i wonder if she had not been american if they would have let her out wonder what under the table decisions and promises have been made valval0

I definetly think a deal has been done or as an earlier post said, top lawyers being paid to find faults in the process.
Just look at her eyes....... Is she sincere, has she expressed any condolences to the family of the murdered?
What is wrong is that now sh's going to make a lot of money from the media etc

She's not coming across as innocent. She seems too controlled and always has done. The one person found guilty and serving 16 years has all the answers and says he did not work alone. I feel she allowed access to the property and she has said she covered her ears to shut out Miss Kerchers screaming, although later retracted.
I'm just so sorry for her family. They need answers.

It really makes me feel sick to think that she could be guilty and as you say, she's about to make millions from it..
That poor murdered girl's family will never stop going through Hell..
I can but wish them all my sincerest best...
There is something extremely odd about that yank girl.. I wouldn't trust a word she said.
Wonder if the yanks are gonna persuade the eu to bail italy out of the poo all of a sudden :roll:Me-Tony

Well she may not be guilty of murder but guilty of some involvement no doubt.
It scares me that she could now be free and guilty, will never know. XAS Sufferer

i was shocked at the outcome... I feel so sorry for the victim's relatives. I want them to know that people have not forgotten their lovely daughter/sister.0

I think it was a big PR job. I feel so sorry for the murdered girl's family. The picture of 'what's her name's' face after the murder as she looked in her then boyfriend's eyes says it all!!0

What if it was the other way round, she was a Brit and her victim was from the US? What would we all say then. What if the accused she was your daughter, niece or sister.
We can all be bar stool lawyers but the Italians police are well known for their slap-dash investigation's, corruption and even misinterpreting the law to suit the Euro.
I do believe that influence from the US justice system force the Italian courts to call for a reinvestigating the case, I also believe that US investigators were brought in to 'help' out and the Italians could not refuse because of the world media circus surrounding the case. I feel sorry for the family of Meredith Kercher, the victims in all this, but they will stand to make a tidy sum also. I know they would rather have Meredith back, but I guarantee that when approached by media groups the thought of money had not passed through their minds for a few seconds, its human nature. Who is going to cover the Kercher bills?.0 -
I'm hoping this posts as my signal ain't great..
I can guarantee that if it was the other way round and I thought that the English girl had killed a yank I would say the exact same about her.. No qualms.. My gut feelings tell me that there is something sinister about that girl.. I'll be the first to admit if I'm proved wrong, I'm big enough to do that. Thing is, at this moment in time she's not been proven innocent, they've just not got the evidence to prove her guilt. Mainly no doubt due to the incompetence of the Italian police.... Just my opinion.. Always good to debate though.
You are sadly, very probably right about the victims family, the lolly will no doubt seduce one if them.. There have been cases where I've felt the parents of victim's actions very questionable as far as the press etc are concerned.. I'm not keen on the way the parents of the small girl that went missing (not gonna say her name but I think you'll know who I mean) conduct themselves with the tv and press.. I could be totally wrong but there is something not right, especially with the old man.... Again, just my humble opinion.. They're all very sad cases either way eh?
Now this will probably take ten minutes to post, lol... Bt.. Get your finger out and fix my broadband :evilMe-Tony

Sorry but haven't you already answered your own question?Who is going to cover the Kercher bills?I feel sorry for the family of Meredith Kercher, the victims in all this, but they will stand to make a tidy sum also.
Sorry is that a statement or a question?0 -
This is one of the down-sides of media. We presume we know what Amanda Knox is like based on a few press photographs (some less than flattering), we presume we know how Meredith's family have felt, are feeling and will feel, we assume that they are all poised to rake in the shekels as much as they greedily can.
None of us know the full story, none of us have access to the evidence, we all merrily question the rights and wrongs of Italian justice and its law systems (feeling that somehow ours are superior).

Oh I am sorry, I will have to bow to your much higher intellect. I will return to my mud hut in Gambia which I keep for moments like this. Where I strip myself down to my loin cloth and beat myself with the Zanthoxylum zanthoxyloides plant until I teach myself a lesson.0 -

In some parts of Africa a herb called Spilanthes acmella-Para Cress or the toothache plant contains a local anaesthetic substance, spilanthol, which is an alkaloid iso-butylamide. Isobutylamides are alkylamides. It also has a little insecticidal action, due to the spilanthol. The Kolokuma tribe of the Ijaw people live along the Nun River in Bayelsa State, Nigeria then place it into salads, the also grind it down mix with a bit of ground chalk and make a paste and insert into cuts, brush a sore tooth with it, use it in the **** or vagina to cure anal problems such as pain from constipation and period pain.
It is used all over Africa and has been for as long as its been growing, but Ijo girls of Nigeria use it as a pepper substitute when cooking play food. The flower heads are chewed mostly for toothaches in Liberia, Nigeria, Gabon, Tanganyika, South Africa, Asia, India, and Malaya. The Ijo of South Nigeria grind the leaves with guinea grains and gin to a paste which is applied to a cleaned aching tooth.
God (or who you wish to believe in) gives us plants to cure, we are so blind to the fact. I have seen Juju men cure lumps, headaches, swollen joints, cuts and infections and all manner of things with pastes placed on the affected area also a paste 'tablet' for upset stomach, worms, dysentery. I myself have had a cure, I got an itch in my lower leg and foot and it was driving me to distraction and being 500+ miles from the nearest doctor so I went to a Juju man he said I had Hook worm and he made me a paste of a white powder, shell of a crushed beetle and a grey powder and a leaf. he mixed this with some soil that I had to collect and some saliva(his) which is very very common. he then made me 3 small pellets which I had to take when I wake, when the sun was in the highest and before I slept. So next day after a terrible itchy night in the back of the Landrover, I followed the instructions, by lunch my itching had gone, by the next day it was all gone. Three days later I go to a doctor and he confirmed that it sounded like hook worm which is common, I was also treated for Plasmodium falciparum which is ubiquitous throughout Africa, the two tend to go together and is a co-infection with hook worm and causes a malaria infection. I think if it wasn't for the Juju man I would have been really ill.0 -
OK!! But do new members get this sort of abuse?
That's a question as it has a question mark at the end.0 -

Drifted off there a bit.....
All this flogging and African medicine.
Anyway, for what it's worth, and from what we the humble public have been allowed access to, it seems very suspicious that the lady and her man were involved. Phones off, odd behaviour, almost too good for someone who had just found their dead flatmate in the most horrendous or circumstances.
She smiled too much, laughed too much, maybe her coping mechanism of course, we all do strange things when stressed, but whilst we don't know the whole story, and we never will, I do believe she and her boyfriend had something to do with the murder. Whether aiding and abetting in some way or were there but didn't actually do it, something is there.
What I don't agree with is that someone who has previously been found guilty, but only let off on some technicality should NOT be allowed to profit from their release but media or any other forum to make money. Or if such money was allowed, it should be donated to charity so that the lady in question does not profit, as she has not been found innocent, just that the case was flawed.
At the end of the day, as already said, a woman was murdered. There's never going to be any right in that.
Just like the slime ball who was associated with Baby P's murder being let out of prison soon, and demanding that he and his g/f and 5 kids be housed in a lovely council house near the sea. This man allowed the barbaric abuse of a 2 year old boy to take place and he wants to not only have plastic surgery and new identity, all on us taxpayers of course, but for us to continue to fund a lavish lifestyle for him on benefits after.
I don't effing think so.
Sorry, but what they did to that boy, he should be let out and left to it. Where were Peter's rights when he was beaten to a pulp? This man should have none._______________________
