I have just had a text from Tony, he cannot access the web as his BT line is not working and his mobile signal is frequently up the creek. He isn't sulking, he just can't post! He wishes everyone well and hopes you are all as OK as you can be. DD

BT have had a big problem with their broadband over the past few days. It hasn't caused me any probs but I am in adifferent area.

Joan? To be honest I am not doing too well but I have been a very busy DD today, so that is satisfying. A Sainsbriz run this morning (I came home with a lovely little magenta cyclamen!) I have just hoovered and dusted (in bursts) all three levels of the pigsty I currently inhabit (at least it's a fresher pigsty now! ) and I am off now to tackle the kicthen surfaces and the bathroom. :sad: On the plus side I only have one lesson this afternoon and will be done in time to watch the second bit of the Antiques Road Trip - hurrah!

Aw DD that seems like a very busy day although you say you are not doing too well in yourself and I am sorry to hear that. I think there is a mission in your madness today so that you can watch the second bit of the Antiques Road Trip. Good luck to you, enjoy you will most certainly have deserved that sit down.

Tony I hope you get the web sorted quickly. It is so frustrating when it doesn't work and you never get a refund, I have tried.

apparently, if you want to get online using your mobile, between two and three am is the time to do it :shock:

Been on and off like the England squad today with this 3g signal.. I'm sure it's taunting me.. Lol

Bt are allegedly coming tomorrow between eight and one... They say if it's a fault with our equipment, no comments please, then it will cost £130... :shock: I'm quite sure it's not as or neighbours line went down at the same time...
Just hope they fix it in the morning.. Frustrated is the word of the day.
closely followed by shattered. In fact, the other way round. I've had about two hours sleep today after bugger all last night..

Hi Tony
It's because BT have got rid of a lot of staff that worked hard to keep things going. Now I don't believe there is any maintenance being done so things only get looked at if broken.

I have just heard that his local waterboard have cut through a BT cable so his internet and landline will not be restored until Monday at the earliest. He is annoyed. (I bet they don't deduct anything from his bill either.) DD

Thats bloody aweful and typical of the waterboard!! They always cause f**k ups! The amount of time they've caused problems because they cut through wires is amazing. And half the time we have to pay for thier mistakes. Know wander poor Tony is at the end of his teather. :x
