YAY, back at you. It must be party time. Great to hear good news. What with that and your BB you are sorted. I wish it was otherwise for you, but so pleased that you have gotten what you deserve.
Treat yourself, you deserve it.

I am glad its out the way and I can kind of move on. the stress was getting too much...WRAG here I come.
the two on the panel were so nice and very friendly. the doctor asked a few questions about my day and how i manage and that was it..from the few comments he made..i think they had made there mind up before i even got it the room.. he mentioned he was not happy about the quality of the medical..
nice little back pay on the way..think i will treat myself to something nice and the rest with go on gas and other such bills..
still grinning

Hi I dont want to throw a spanner in the works
I won my appeal in July 2011 i went from 5 points
to 26 points, then in Feb 2012 I was sent for yet
another medical and just been told today I have
0 points so Im right back at the start again, but
this time I feel whats the point I dont feel I can fight
the fight any more life is unfare.0 -
well done stephen, I am pleased for you.

Jimbo50, don't give up. That's what they want you to do. Get a copy of the medical and systematically note down everything that's wrong then see your GP and ask him to do you a letter as well, specifically stating your inability to do what they say you can't.
It's disgusting that genuine people have to fight to get the little bit of help offered. When you don't need the stress, they just pile on more in the hope you will break.
Well done Stephen, I am trying to get my group changed and expecting to fight as well.

Hi Jimbo. Welcome to the forum. I’m sorry you’ve had a hard time with ESA. I know it happens to a lot of people on here but some, like sbolam here, do win in the end. It’s hard to keep fighting when you’re in pain but it has brought rewards for some.
You are quite right that life is unfair – always was and always will be. We just have to deal with it as best we can. I hope we, on the forum, will be able to make things seem a little less bleak for you. We’re a friendly lot and there’s always someone around to chat to. To make sure others know you’re here though, I suggest you post this as a new thread. Look forward to seeing you around. If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Hunting out the champagne as I type, it is indeed good news for you, well, not that you have to suffer poor mobility, but the fact that it has been recognised and rightly so.
The last "point scoring" letter I had, said over 15 points on physical and over 15 on mental eeek, :oops:XX Aidan (still known as Bubbles).0 -

WEll, here we go again. Got my appointment for another round with ATOS. and so it all starts again.
I go to the medical (cough, cough) and they dont believe a thing I say or take notice of all the stuff my doctor said. then write a report with untruths and and miss information.I write a letter of appeal, go to appeal and win..
Have I missed anything?0
