OA in knee question

Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone who has OA in their knees, gets swelling at the back of their knee? I've had this before, several times but nobody has been able to explain what it is. I've been told it's bakers cysts but MRI scan came back with a no.
I have it just now and it usually starts when I'm on my feet for a bit but now it's there when I wake up. It's really painful.
Thanks,
Magenta x

Hiya,
Is your swelling around the sides or at the back? It gets so sore and swollen that my trousers, which are light, hurt when they touch my knees.

I had massive swelling to the front of the knees with the PA, but with the OA it's just pain, pain and more pain. I hope you can get to the bottom of this, it's not pleasant having questions running riot in your brain. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0
