The recession is so bad in Greece that their Government has put an official ban on Humus and Taramasalata.

Turns out to be a double dip recession.

It's a cracking joke Joan and I love it BUT My heart goes out to the Greek people I have spent a lot of time there and speak a fair bit of the language They are warm and friendly people It's not the fault of the ordinary Greek people that this has happened When you see the Draconian measures that the IMF want them to take My Heart bleeds for them Lets hope that the UK and Spain can avoid the same fate

My neighbour returned from Corfu on Friday. They were all inclusive but when they went into Corfu town for an evening they were paying 5 Euros for a pint of lager and 3 Euros for a glass of lemonade. Even the locals are complaining about the austerity measures pushing the prices up.

When Greece accepted the billions to bail them out they knew there was no way they could repay.
