    Hi Vonski

It would be a good idea to post on a forum to gleen some more information, like we do on here. Information is power. Also it will make you not feel so alone with all this. I am sure you would like to know more. Knowing greedy you, you will be getting everyone on the team, running around you, prodding and probing.  I am sure Robert is not rubbing his hands together when thinking you may be away for a few weeks.

    Love

Hi Cris if it has to be it has to be as you know. I spent time in Truro but that was 25yrs, ago and it was a great hospital, I know you don't rate it now. Hope you are OK have a cuppa

Hi Julie If I think I've spent 11 weeks in hospital since 2008 so should be getting used to it  The longest for me was nearly 4 months so if this could be done on daily it would be great. Hope you aren't too bad,

Elna you know me greedy is my middle name  I am already on both forums moaning. Get some good ideas. Hope you are still doing a bit of walking.

I've gone mad I know that will surprise you, especially you Elna  I've just had a phone call from physo asking if I wanted physio and could make 9.am in the morning  Yes Yes Yes please so she thinks I'm nuts and so does hubby nobody is that happy about physio, and I don't get up till 11 a.m  I know it will be hard work as I've been moaning for ages about my muscles wasting away. Proper hard physio that people with arthur get. Probably tomorrow I won't be so happy and I will be stiff. I know this isn't a specialist hospital but it may help. If this works I may not have to go to Bath so hubby has to cancel party.

    Aw, dear Vonski,

You do make me  . Good that you are on both forums swapping ideas and I bet you are not moaning either. Yes,I am putting one foot in front of the other, thank you - sort of - had a really interesting little walk to ..... the gp this afternoon. The nurses at the hospital told me to see my gp regarding my BP. I now have another little pill to take along with the bendro each morning and have been told to do my homework regarding readings with the BP monitor again and see him in three weeks time.

9.00 am appointment for physio. :!: Good for you but perhaps you had better sleep in your day clothes tonight so you get there in time. I do hope that it may help you. Oh dear we cannot have hubby cancelling his party - I have been invited. :!: :lol:

    Lots of love

Hi Elna, I'm excited about tomorrow even though I know proper physios are hard. The one that's in charge now used to take my x rays and he and others crowded round to play where does that bone belong and then torture me with physio  I think he's grown up now  I may be back, if I can escape. Hubby says it wouldn't be a party without you anything I should know

    Dear Vonski

It makes me so happy to hear you say you are excited about tomorrow. Don't remember you saying anything like that before. It is great that you are feeling more upbeat about things and long may that last. You say you may be back if you can escape ....perhaps you will not want to escape  What excuse will you make to hubby? Oh, he might have that party after all then?

Have a good day tomorrow, dear Vonski - I hope it is as good for you as today has been. Do let me know, either way, I like to know these things.

    Hi Elna,
It went well thanks  I stayed in wheelchair for this session and we didn't go into the gym. He's given me some exercises to do sitting down and wants to see me up and walking next week. I had to remind him about my appointment though as I was leaving. He has more ideas too. How has your day been? good I hope.

This sounds good, Vonski. I hope it was. I have a CD of 'sitting down' exercises and, although Mr SW laughs at the idea of them as exercise (as he returns, all sweaty, from the gym) they do make a difference. KBO, as they say in these parts.

So pleased for you, Vonski, you sound upbeat again, like yesterday. It is so good to read. Sounds like you may well become a good team and work well together. I hope so anyway and I am sure you do too.

Sleep well and I do hope you have a good day tomorrow too. I am ok thank you, "jogging" along, as they say.
