The happiest people don't have the best of everything. They just make the best of everything.

If you can lay down at night knowing in your heart that you made someone's day just a little bit better, you know you had a good day.

Thanks, just looked at this. Doesn't really tell us anything we don't already know, it's really more to help other people understand. I just wish they would there's so many misconceptions. It would be a good idea to do a documentary so more people could understand, especially about RA.

Lovely to see our Jo from the helplines on there.

It does not tell us anything we do not already know but it is about bringing awareness of arthritis to others as it is World Arthritis Day tomorrow. It was very short and no time to say much but at least it was something. Every little bit counts.

Hadn't seen the link-thanks for posting it. It would be great to see more information out there so that others began to get a glimpse of what it's like to live with arthur in all its forms- sadly it isn't shocking or glamorous enough to make folks think of making a documentary about it, and yet it impacts on so many lives.

Hope you're all having an okay sort of day.

    Dear Vonski,

Did you know that when you log on to AC you can click on Find us on FB. That is where I gleaned this information.

I hope today has not been too bad for you, I am thinking of you, my lovely,

    Fluffy hugs

    Dear Vonski

I did go out to the supermarket to buy some bread to have with homemade soup tonight. It was ok, but I felt a tiny bit wobbly at times. I managed to get my MBT's on for the first time since my foot op at the end of March and perhaps I have forgotten how to walk in them, as it has been 6 months and as I remember they do take a little bit of getting used to.

Now you keep up with AC news on FB

I know I keep going on about it, but I do find it re-assuring to see you on the forum.

    Love

I think that this is aimed at folks without arthritis as you kinda know all this very quickly...
