I don't know the full details but I'm sure someone will come along that knows more about it than me..
Apparently my Mum saw a news report that most of the big energy companies are offering a financial payment to people on certain benefits, pension credit being the reason my folks will get it if they also meet other criteria. It is also available for disabled people, again only on certain benefits and meeting the criteria, benefits include.. Income support, job seekers and esa... We don't qualify as we don't get any of those.
I think I'm right I'm thinking that YOU have to apply for this, there is only a certain amount of funds so, I hope that at least someone on here will benefit.
I will try and find a link to post but forgive me if I'm slightly off, I'm rather tired, lol...
Sorry, can't find it in my phone.. Maybe someone could try and find it please?
I know it's legitimate, just not sure on details..

I have just been looking at the qualifying critiria (sorry cant spell)
it seems a little strict to me...its almost like discounts offered to the over 70's accompanied by both gran parents..
there are disabled out there how are not over 65 or, dont have kids under 5
altho I now get esa..and spend a large chunk of my money on bills. its I dont qualify and even if i had dla it would not be enough..
