the tribunal want my paperwork back for next week... i just dont know what to do..i keep getting so confused with everything, i sat here over the last 4 days have composed an answer, then a friend came by earlier and i said i was happy to see her as i was feeling very tearful and down, i told her about my letter due to be posted off at 4.45 when my son left for his shift at work, my friend was telling me to bullet point and match the things that the Atos healthcare worked wrote, match it with an answer, like he asked me about making meals, i told him i was unable to peel and chop veg, now ive re read the 'bundle' sent to me for my copy and he had wrotten 'is able to peel and chop veg with electric peeler' what a b****** i cant hold these in my hands... i truely cant... i can barely make out his writing its so tiny and scribble...
feeling so pi**ed off... dont know where to go or what to do....
love and hugs

I know it is hard leisa, i am in the middle of writing up my appeal, it is taken me ages to do cause of my hands..
I have looked through what the asessor wrote..on a plain piece of paper i have wrote the question and stated why i disagree with what the assesor wrote..I have wrote loads already and not even half way through mine and it is frustrating..My copy was printed so maybe they can send you a printed copy so that you can read the handwriting or ring up and explain..CAB will also be able to advise you..If i can help in anyway pm me as i know it's a pain in the rear end and sometimes it can be hard to put into words..
Don't give up.. you will get there...xx

    Hi Liesa

I am so sorry that you are feeling very tearful and down. I would be too if I had to worry about that on top of everything else. I have never had to fill in that type of paperwork because I do not qualify but it really must take it out of you when you do not feel well and everything is a struggle.
I am not sure from what you are saying if your letter has gone. Your friend had some good ideas with the bullet points but she could have helped you with it if the letter was still with you. Aren't CAB able to help you with this kind of thing?

I wish I could help you more, I really do.

Hi Liesa, your post made me feel very sad as I know from other threads that you are not the only one in your family to suffer. It seems to me as a newcomer that this arthritis, in all its forms, brings struggle after struggle, mountain after mountain, set back after set back. I know that some do get good periods of relief from symptoms and that is so encouraging but I hadn't realised how much else there can be to deal with. Benefit claims, justifying applications which should need no justifying! I wish there was more I could say to help but I am thinking of you tonight. Hope you feel a bit brighter in the morning.

Good luck with your appeal. I really do hope that all goes well for you and that your worrying time pays off. I understand the way you feel, as I've been their. Good luck!

Why all this has to be done in this way, which is so stressful and I wonder as few people as the Prime Minister stated, don't give up before the medical let alone the forms and tribunal.

    Lots of love Sue xxx

    Hi Liesa

If the gps writing is so small and you wish to read it, use a magnifying glass.I have to sometimes, these days when looking at instructions on tins and packets. Docs are renowned for having terrible writing. I am relieved that you sound much less upset in your second posting. It will get sorted.

    Hi Leisa

The cough explains maybe why it seemed an insurmountable problem for you yesterday - you were brewing 'something'

I do hope that today you get the lady who 'can help' and that she DOES help because Leisa how proud will you be if you win your appeal and they loose?

I still fume at the hoops they makes us drag ourselves through

    Love and HUGS to you

Oh Lisa I do feel for you, its just not fair what they expect us to do, but dont forget we are always here for you to talk or rant, it really will help
I wish you luck with it all, and please try and rest in the day if you are not sleeping well.
    You take care.

    Hello Liesa

I just want to send you my best wishes. I have read about all your stressful problems and you also have the worry about your daughter, no wonder you are struggling.

Just make the appeal aware that you cannot do the things he claims you can and that you do not know what he has based his comments on as you failed do them in the medical.

All the best, have a cuppa and write notes then precis it down.

    Best wishes
    Elizabeth
