I need a bag. Can't really hold a clutch/ grab bag, can't bear a standard shoulder bag. Has anyone tried the healthy back pack? Or any other ideas. At the moment I have a tiny purse on a wrist strap, it will not at all do for work. Would be good if it would hold standard lady stuff.

    On better days I use a lightweight handbag, slung over one shoulder and across my front. On the not-so-good days I use a rucksack. I have a small, medium and large depending on the day's activity. DD

    What about a Kipling bum/waist bag? Some looked quite pretty, not the normal bog standard type. You could google if interested - I just did :grin: They look as though they are big enough to hold standard lady stuff.

    I have the healthy back bag and yes it does work, that is until, like most women out there you put every thing in it but the kitchen sink!!! LOL It is not a cheap option but I think its worth the money.

    I have distant memories of walking to the shops last year, lol.. I always wore a rucksack, much easier for spreading the weight.. For me anyways.. Not much chance of me walking to the shops so far this year :shock: :roll:

    Hi
    I have the helthy bag.....just got the most recent catalogue through the post and am looking at the baglets. I wonder would they be too small?
    The bag is good. Although you can be tempted to put too much in it :lol:
    So many various pockets inside that unless you use it all the time you forget where you put things {or I do...sorry shouldnt speak for others.}
    If you do get the baglet let me know what its like size wise....dont mean the actual size of it...I'm sure the catalogue tells me that but what you put in it.{thats more help from a felmale point fo view}
    I also use a light weight rucksack sometime. Like DD have a few different sizes. Some for my back, but others to go on the back of my scooter or a hired scooter to hold all the things I MIGHT need :lol::lol: and some bits and pieces I might buy

    Hi
    I now always have a bag that goes over my shoulder and across my body. Some are a nice size that I can fit everything in which is a chore as I'm one that takes kitchen sink :smile: A lot easier to manage though.

    I've tried every single type of bag except the healthy back bag (which seems quite pricey to me for the fabric ones) but they all hurt. Cross body bag caused my shoulder to flare and I had to put my steroids drastically. Can't do shoulder bags, rucksacks, hand held bags without pain.

    Shoulder bags are a massive problem for me. I usually just take money, card, painkillers and lip balm, everything else gets jammed into coat. Mobile sometimes gets put in with coins.

    I got a 'Crutch Bag' off eBay. Attaches to the crutch and works great for me. I only got it about 2 months ago so may still be on there as it was a shop selling them. You could choose different colours and patterns.

    The baglet and large baglet can be worn 5 ways. :?: including round your waist. I might try one, from eBay. I am a bit hacked off with hand strap purse.

    I have a medium size hand bag that opens wide so that i can get my hands inside. But to be honest I dont hold it, it is always in my scooter basket with the handle twisted round the handle bars.

    I will have to have a look at the baglet it sounds a good idea.

    There are some beautiful bags around and isn't it annoying when we can't use them.

    Hi across the body bags are better than shoulder bags, I have a smallish one, which stops me putting too much in it! The only trouble is I find I've forgotten something important! :roll:

    I got my baglet, the smallest size. I really like it. It has lots of pockets and a key chain. I can easily fit coins, cards, and lots of other small bits and bobs. At the moments I am wearing it round my waist, neither shoulder is good. It can be worn loads of ways and looks quite fashionable and is in a Kipling bag nylon that you can machine wash. I bought it from ebay as it was cheaper. It is a lot better than the hand purse I had and all my stuff fits in.

    Yes.....I love my full size bag as it can be put in the washing machine.
    Good for you getting it cheaper.
    It sounds as if it holds all you would need....just going back to check what you said :lol:
    I tend to take a purse with money in it but I suppose i could have just money in pockets......I love the key chain as well....normally my keys work their way to the bottom of my bags :lol:
    I dont go on ebay to be honest....havent the first clue but I must have a look
