Oh turbogran, how wonderful. I hope the op makes all the difference and that you can 'nurse' her without too much detriment to yourself. DD

    Hi Carol,

So pleased that your daughter will, at long last be getting the treatment she badly needs and how lovely you will be able to look after her or look after each other on her discharge from hospital.

I wish you both all the best,

    Elna x

Will keep you all updated. Thank you all again you are all so lovely

I hope the op goes well, Turbogran, and that you and your daughter can have a good time together afterwards without it hurting you.

Oh the waiting game is the tough bit, Turbogran. It's so much easier if you feel you can actually do something isn't it. I do hope it goes well. Take care.

I am late in today, turbogran, I do apologise. I hope all is going/has gone well and that your girl will be feeling the benefit of this sooner rather than later. DD

Sitting here still playing the waiting game daughter went down for op about 11.45am had update from OH at 4pm saying he had to go back to hospital daughter would possibly be ready to come home by around 5.30pm. then i get a call around 5.30 to say she had been in a lot of pain and had vomited so they wanted to wait a bit. then had call around 6.30
from OH saying they were waiting for her to see physio so still sitting here waiting to know weather they will send her home tonight or tomorrow. Poor OH has been up there all day and is not the most patient of people at the best of times. so we must wait and see.

Oh dear, something doesn't sound right turbo. I am so sorry, I hope that things have eased for her by now, if not then surely she is in the right place. I am thinking of you. DD
