well i have been to physio this morn and my knee is now bending to 90% with a bit of encouragement , a different chap than i saw before that but me on the roof , this one is so much gentler with different methods , even hopes to get me on an excercise bike , still got the brace so i am still in skirts , see him again the day before i see the consultant for 6 weeks check , still getting a lot of swelling even after elevation , but i suppose its to do with it being sorted on the inside xx
I know i am a lady ,all life is a journey xx MAY xx

Well done, May  That is great news and the likelyhood of using the exercise bike too. Things are looking up for you this time and about time too, aye? It took ages before my knee settled down. Are you still "icing" as well as elevating the leg? I expect you feel quite proud of yourself too, I am proud of you anyways.

Well done. Feels good doesn't it? Keep at it and give yourself a pat on the back. xx

thanks Elna its a bit awkward trying to ice it with the brace not much space to reach the bits that need doing , but on the whole i am very happy with it x

  Stoopid me, May! It would be rather difficult. So pleased that you are happy with the way things are going atm. Perhaps when the brace comes off and if it still is swollen, you could apply ice. It is still early days, isn't it? Well done.

I am so pleased for you.

When you get on that bike, close your eyes and pretend you are cycling through a lovely wooded park on a warm summers day with a gentle breeze.

have a good day with plenty of rest
