    Hi Linda,
Sounds as if you'r having a rough time of it and so of course you'll need all your strength to keep yourself going, let alone supporting others. We all understand how arthritis can make you feel at times and thats when we are here to offer any support and even if its just someone to listen to what you want to write, or not, breaks from the forum are things we all take from time to time.
People who just read this sight without even feeling they can say anything are welcome and we hope they are using it as a means of help.
When you'r ready and someone maybe writes something you want to reply to or have a question you would like help with,or disaree with  well I hope you will use us then.
Don't forget, if you need to talk to someone, the Helpline, number at the top right hand of this page, you'll find them very helpful and have loads of useful information.
Hope you are soon feeling a little better, love Sue xxx

    Hi Linda

now if you are just getting by at the moment please dont feel you have to support others.

At times l am able to support sometimes not and if you aren't up to it you should try to get you sorted out first.

Hope things pick up for you soon

Oh lalla, I empathise with the lack of steroids thingy - I am down to 1mg per day and blimey can I feel it. Never mind, it's what I wanted to achieve so I cannot moan.

Don't fret yourself about not supporting at the moment, it isn't always possible and it's always better to know why someone isn't around else we worry! I hope that things ease for you soon, that you begin to feel better and brighter in yourself and fret not, you will be missed but I can guarantee we will all still be here when you come back! DD
Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben
