Hi
Had my first cortisone injection in my hip this morning. Wasn't nearly as painful as I expected, although I have been warned that when the local wears off it will be sore later on today.
Lets hope it works.

Hello Susie, well done for being brave! Now you rest up, for as long as you can - a good 24-48 hours - so that the jollop has a chance to soak right in to the joint and work its magic! It will be sore as the local wears off so keep up with the dullers and I hope it all feels better soon. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0
