Morning all,

Hope everyone is well. Well I've been a right numpty, last night I broke the top of my ring finger in an accident with the worktop in the kitchen!!! and then in the night on the way to the bathroom I cut my arm when I walked into bedroom door, the part of the handle/lock that goes into the frame!!!! so now I'm waiting for something else to happen as it always comes in threes  Wish me luck that it won't be anything serious.

Sue x

You Sound as bad as me Sue!! I'm always waking up with new bruises! And wonder where the hell I get them from! My OH always says when I get up from the bed or settee becareful on the way to such and such, that could mean the kitchen, lounge, bedroom or study 'watch where your walking!' and I would say 'I'm not accident prone!' stuubing my toe or banging my arm. I am accident prone! I should be wrapped in cotton wool before I get up to go somewhere in the house or outside the house because you just know I'm going to trip or bang myself! So your not the only one Sue you have a partner in crime!! Me!

i think a lot of this is because out joints do not move as they did and we still expect them to so there for we bump into things because we wobble when we walk or do not lift arms enough val

Thank you all for your replies. I agree, cleaning is bad for you, no more till Monday, I'm going to chill out after I've been food shopping and take it easy.

Right....you just chill......I know from experience what its like after having your cataracts done so not being unsympathetic.

I remember the same.....grass so green, dust so thick, so many wrinkles etc :lol:
I'm sure I did exactly the same as you....so its do as i say not as I do :lol::lol:
Just take it easy and chill out.
