well got new wheat bag yesterday, have just read instructions and it said might not be suitable for those with wheat intolerance. so for those with problem with wheat should you be using them? are they making things worse have you noticed?????? val

Surprised it doesn't advise you to refrain from eating contents ! Agree with Elna , they are probably covering all bases and just being cautious . Having said that ; hope it helps to ease your aches and pains . Jillyb0

saw some with cherrie stones in you have to heat in normal oven says do not put in microwave then gives heating instructions for micro made me smile valval0
