Morning friends i hope today finds you all well and not suffering to much i was up this morning with a little pain but since the predislone went up to 10mg daily im starting to feel a little better, washing was out at 7 am on the line, housework done by 7.45am i know im probably going to regret this tomorrow but thats another day and thats how im taking it from now on one day at a time sending smiles to you all and gentle hugs to you x :smile:
