well wed went for injection in knee was not sure he would do it as not as painfull as had been, but he did it rested wed afternoon, thursday felt yuk but was the same after one in sturnum so was expecting it lol and slept all afternoon.
well it is working went to sheffield yesterday and no pain in hip or foot this time did take it easy but was great not to be limping all the time and tripping even managed to cut toe nails with out as much trouble so if you get offered one have it not sure how long will last but while it does it great think fingers need doing lol they swollen (carried a bag in my hand) only took one shoulder bag tut tut tut val

I know people have mixed results with these injections, Val, but they always worked for me and I'm glad it has done for you too. Can't remember how long they last when given in the joint but, with luck, you should have a good Christmas. I hope so.If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Oh I am pleased it's worked for you, valval, that is really good news. Don't be too tempted to over-do things as a result, you want this benefit to last, yes? DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0
