Know that feeling well..
Am a living zombie myself this morning..
My sleep has been non existent really, just a mixture of dozes, turning over, screaching, watching a bit more tv, dozing off, turning over then more screaching... lol
Maybe we can make a movie ..The living Dead ..

Morning Delboy, know the feeling all too well, especially at mo. Do you think the dark evenings, lack of sunlight during day, and clocks changing make it worse or am i just finding excuses.
For the first time in a long while my fingers on my left hand are starting too rage. Prob coz am using them to type instead of my usual right.

Yawn, off to work, yawn, feel as if could go back to bed now.

Am up for a bit part in yr movie Tracy.

    Take care bothof you.xx

The first rule about Yawn Club is we don't talk about Yawn Club (mostly because we are zizzing in our armchairs). Just 'woken' up after a reasonably good night's sleep (a weird dream woke me) and I am now slumped on the sofa, with a cuppa, yawning. DopeyDaisy.

    Sorry to hear that Del.

 I seem to have lost my "get up and go", this morning. Even the cup of caffeine has not given me that lift

I am going out now and that can help me to "wake up". I will see if that happens today.

    See you laters,

Thick fog where we are , ( at the top of a hill near brighton race track ) , and if my get up and go disappears on a day like this ; I agree with it whole heartedly and give in ! Hatches are battened down and heating is on ! Jillyb

Maybe we should start a 'YAWN CLUB! As I wake up everyday I still feel tired, and as the day progresses I feel more and more fatigued. By the evening I'm running on fumes just praying for 9pm so I can slip into bed.
I always thought I must wake myself turning over every night when I roll on my sides or try to bend my knee's and because the pain gives me a jolt it wakes me out of my deep sleep so I have to start again with the sleep pattern. I don't know I'm just taking a guess as to why we feel so tired all the time.

I would join the 'Yawn Club'. My OH said this morning he would join too as I toss n turn all night with the now often ouch or Ooooohhhh. Feel so guilty at disturbing him at night. Most mornings he is up before me and makes me a cuppa (bless him) he is so thoughtful. Then its my turn to get up so start my morning routine of bracing myself as I carefully try to get out of bed (is there another word for stiff) my feet touch the floor and gradually I begin as what I can only describe as the soft slipper shuffle arms slightly raised in front of me oh and the wobble that has become part of my life. My son says I look like I am auditioning for the Michael Jackson Thriller film  .

Just hope that next week my Neumy can give me some idea as to what I am suffering with as I am undiagnosed at the moment.

Love to all and keep your chins up

How are you feeling today, del? A little more lively? I hope so - I wish I was. DD

To the tune of Danny Boy:

Oh Del my boy, the zeds, the zeds are caaaa-lling,
I need to sleep, to rest my eyes and doze,
Could sleep all day, all night, all week and all my life,
Yet never feel, full-rested, as you know.

    Your yawning mate, DD.

I read this thread and thought what's that got to being a fatty and where's the goo ...............I've just come in

Why don't you cook the evening meal earlier in the day if you're more lively then and just reheat later?
