Heat Spray Don’t Work?

Hi
You will get different answers from different people.....we are all different and re-act in different ways to medicines/gels.
What have you been diagnosed with and what tablets are you taking for it?
Example of people being different....Dihydrocodeine......I waslike a complete zombie with those and go rid of them yet other people on here will find them good. Tramadol is another one that there are mixed opinions about.
As far as a gel being a placebo.....what does it matter.....if it helps and doesnt disagree with other medication you are taking.....buy some and try it. If I found something that was a placebo but it helped.....you can bet I would take it
Keep in touch and let us know what happens
Love

My GP will not prescribe gels as she, too, does not believe they work.
I have tried them all & the only one that provides me with some relief is called 'Deep Relief'. It contains levomenthol (same as what is in the '4Head' headache sticks). This gives a tingly minty cooling sensation, which takes my mind off the pain. Quite expensive though (about a fiver a tube) so I only use when really necessary. You can get it from supermarkets.0
