Survey for Presentation

Hey everyone :)

I have a presentation on Monday and I am doing it on Arthritis Care (was just Scotland but decided to do it on the whole charity) and how the media can help it in the future.

I have compiled a survey and I would like to ask you all if you would complete it for me to help me along the way. Just PM me and I will send you the link.
