Bless you all. Even though I'm not around too much at the minute you're all still giving me support..
I over did it yet again yesterday, had a few friends around to build a full base and a huge shed for me, I got carried away and did too much. I'm really during right now, but I'm at the hospital with my beautiful missus.. She is having another stress echo test.. I worry like had about her..
I will let you all know later how things go. Think we both need a real good rest..

    Thank you all once again.

We have just had a shed base and new path done a couple of weeks ago.Just after we finished a cat walked right through it and along the entire length of the path!

I can understand your need to join in. Its not easy to stand by and watch all that hard work involved. Great mates to help you out though.

    All the best

    Payback is certainly a pain..

I have done it myself over the weekend. my lovely partner was very hungover saturday and i wanted to sort my sons room out..
He was in bed alll day and i could not just sit there, if i wanted it done i needed to do it myself, so i got stuck in, lifted up carpet and moved room around with help of my son...I was in pain doing it bit had to carry on.. i have been in pain since but have decided today i need to have a bed day and i had orders off kids and OH to do just that.. so if your body is telling you Tony you must listen otherwise things will get worst mate..

    Rest up please...
    Take care..
How are you getting on with the increase of patches??

    Thanks folks
Janet had her stress test, the treadmill one. Poor love is very worn out. We both came straight back and laid down. Janet is laid watching some rubbish cheesy surf on the pc, supernatural.. Lol. Not my cup of tea. She couldn't do as much as they wanted her to. She goes back in January for the results.. I hope they're good.
I've had a sleep as my patches (thanks for asking tracy x) make me a tad drowsy every now and then with the increase... I'm now in sooooooo much pain that I doubt I could get back up and about if I wanted to... Legs, knees, hands, fingers, wrists and elbows all screaming like a numpty wummun at a cat boot sale. Lol
Elizabeth, can't believe the cat did that, it wasn't Ra was it? mind you, he would have shown off and wrote his name or something.. Lol
I love the new shed.. Can't wait to get some shelves in it etc..

Everyone worked so hard yesterday, it really is great to have such good friends and family.

Thank you for the messages, at least I know that this particular suffering is self inflicted.. Haha

    Hi Tony,
Glad to hear you are both back home and resting. I hope Janet gets her results as quick as possible.
The shed is the same one we put up last year, gosh those fittings are a real nightmare to get in so no wonder you are aching all over.

I have just got those gloves and so far they have been good for my hands. I got through the OT department so well worth a try.

Good luck to your Toni for her new job I hope all goes well.

    Hi folks.
Janet was much better this morning, but I'm still rubbish so the poor love had to bus it to work this morning. I'm just about to get up, slowly.. Have some light chores that must be done. And I'm picking Janet up from work a bit later, we are due to go for our hair cutting after she finished work..
My joints are still not talking to me.. Never mind, they never had owt nice to say anyway. Lol
Janet goes to see the specialist in January so won't get the results till then. They did this test because her specialist said that from her scans etc she should be a little better than she actually is, but as everyone on here knows, WE know our bodies better than any scans etc.. She is still very limited...

Right dear friends, it's time to bite the bullet, tty to get to the heating controls before I freeze.. it's not like I can run or anything, lol.

Glad to hear Janet is better Tony and i am sure she didn't mind taking the bus this morning..It's pouring down here so i am sure she will be grateful of the lift back lol..
Your right we do know our bodies and we know when something isn't right, it's good when the docs listen, a pain in **** when they don't..
Now don't be doing to many chores, you will not be helping yourself..
    Take care..

Morning mate, how goes things now? I hope all is as well as it can be, you are missed on here but time away is never a bad idea. I am still chortling over that joke you sent me - it has been duly sprayed around my friends (yes, I do have some!) and it's gone down well with all of them! I'm holding back the tears of laughter as I type. DD
