I don't think we'd be doing as well as we do. It's good to know there are people we can turn to, yes? DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

It's good to know you have someone out there who is willing to be the sound board for your emotions and a shoulder when you need to let the tears flow and and to let it all come out.0

Oh Tody, I am so sorry to read your post. Don't forget we are here - you can always turn to us. LWA is the best forum for letting off arthritis-related steam, CC can be used to vent the other sorts! You can always ring the helpline too - they are very good and understanding people. I wish you well. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

Sometimes it is really difficult but I have learned to let the steam off with no shoulder to cry on whatsoever.
I once read the lonely people begin to think different.
I agree.Love

I sincerely hope you do find the support and companionship here and feel able to let off steam when you need too. I have personally found this thread extremely upsetting and you have my heartfelt sympathy and understanding.
Val hope you are feeling better now, good to know you have friends here.

Sometimes you can be surrounded by people, family, friends etc, but still be lonely.
Friends here have helped me in so many ways, things have happened in the past 2 years that have been truly awful, and ive opened up probably for the first time here, I know I can tell people how I really feel, and not worry that I'm upsetting them, or worry that i let the 'mask' slip for a bit.
I'm so glad I did join, and make so many dear friends here. I don't feel so lonely now. X'grá agus solas'
