advice needed

right shoulder hurting but two fingers on right hand swollen and painfull not even co cods helping any ideas(got inflimation arther with bit of oa thrown in) val

Hi Val, maybe a heat pack on the shoulder and ice on the fingers?? Or can you rub an anti inflam gel in??

thanks for all the messages think cold got in this morning when popped out lol and i keep coming on here and typing try to use different fingers lol but keep forgetting val

I have OA and its started biting my hands...especially my thumbs...I love the ice pack...or frozen peas do the job.
Hope it eases soon.

well have doc app made nurse this week doc in early dec and rhummy in dec they will be sick of me i sick of site of them and need to get my hair cut

Sorry about your fingers and shoulder pain, I have been attending my physio for neck and shoulder pain, each time he has asked me if my fingers on the side where I get pain have pins and needles or numb, he said they reason he asked this is because a never could be trapped and that would cause the numbness. I hope that helps a little.

Mine is hands too Val.
Ice and Tens help......using the computer a lot definitely kicks off the pain and stiffness in the fingers.
Hope it eases soon.
