I'm afraid I don't know of any, Val. I reckon the best person to ask is your GP and if they don't know ask to be referred to a physio. You are trying something to help yourself but it might be a little unwise to take 'advice' from the interweb - I think talking to someone who knows you or who is trained is the best route. Hi Valval
Heres a good one get a skipping rope and loop it over a coat peg or get your other half to screw a hook into the wall, big enough to hold the rope then hold the handles one in each hand standing with your back to the wall and pull on the side with your good arm and it lifts your bad arm/shoulder keeping the arm straight, then pull down with your bad arm/shoulder its a good one to get your shoulder muscles moving without too much stress to the muscles. Repeat a few times a day.
Hope you understood this.
